# Getting Help

> How to get help from the CatDoes team when you're stuck.

## Ask the Agent to Contact Support

If you run into a problem the agent can't fix — or you'd just like help from a person — ask the agent in your project's chat. For example:

> "My build keeps failing. Can you open a support ticket?"

The agent opens a support ticket for you, describes the problem, and tells you the ticket number and status. If you already have an open ticket for that project, the agent adds to it instead of opening a new one.

## Getting Replies

When the CatDoes team replies, you get an email. Click **View the response** to jump back to your project — the chat box is filled in for you, so just send it and the agent shows you the reply.

You can also ask the agent to check on your ticket at any time.
